Our Policies & FAQ's

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in a 50% charge of the service scheduled, and no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service scheduled. 

Phone and Contact Policy

Our number is 434-941-2361. This is an iPhone, so we can call and text for your convenience! We love working receptionless and feel that this gives the clients a more personalized experience. Therefore, we are not with the phone 24/7. Communications received M-F will be responded to within 24 hours. Communications received on the weekend or holidays will be responded to on the next business day. 

Late Arrival Policy​

If you are going to be late, please kindly let us know. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. If rescheduling is necessary, a cancellation fee may apply. 

Payments and Refunds​

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay. If you are uncertain about your Apple Pay card, a physical card is necessary to be present at the time of use. For card-not-present transactions, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to your total. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but if you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make adjustments. 

Service Adjustments​

If you need an adjustment, we are happy to accommodate within 7 days of your initial appointment. This does not apply if you change your mind about a service or wish to go in a different direction. 

Hair Color and Extensions Policy​

New color clients must fill out a consultation form before booking. Extension clients must book a consultation before their initial install. We are not responsible for color fading due to improper at-home care. Some colors will require a waiver.

Salon Etiquette â€‹

​

Please respect others in the salon, including staff and guests. The other guests are trying to relax and the staff deserves kindness. We are working to maintain a relaxing environment for everyone's best interest. 

Special Events & Bridal Services​

​

A signed contract and deposit are required for bridal and special event bookings. Group services must be booked at a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. 

Location & Parking​

​

We are located at 18396 Forest rd. Free parking is available in the front of our building. You may park where ever you'd like and enter through either door. We will greet you at the front desk!
