The Pre-Visit
Once you've requested an appointment, we will review the request ensuring that enough time is scheduled based on the information received. You will receive a booking confirmation once your appointment has been accepted. You will also receive a welcome packet to help you prepare for your first visit.
Depending on the service you've requested, we may reach out for a few questions to ensure we're fully prepared for your appointment. Our goal is to make your experience seamless and tailored just for you.
The Consultation
We believe a great service starts with a great consultation. That's why at Storybook Salon, we have reimagined and recreated what a truly great consultation should be-- for every guest, every time. We take the time to understand what you love and what you don't love about your hair/ skin, whether it's color, cut, or style, dryness, acne, or aging. We ask detailed questions, take notes, and encourage inspiration photos to ensure we're aligned with your vision. This personalized approach helps us craft a look that feels uniquely you.

After the consultation, you and service provider can both rest assured that you are on the same page.
After Goodbye
Our care doesn't stop when you leave the salon. You'll receive a follow-up text to check in and ensure you're loving your hair. We also welcome and appreciate feedback, so feel free to leave a review and share your experience! For ongoing care, our Beyond the Mirror post-care hub for all services are available on our website, and provides expert tips to keep your results looking their best between visits.
